1. Leave your Privoxy Settings the way it is
{Working Settings}, Now Download TOR
(google for it), Install and Open it.
2. Now Click on ''Settings" > "Network" and
configure it with this Data.
> Tick i Use proxy to Access the Internet.
> Address: 127.0.0.1
> PORT: 8118
> Username & Password: web
> Tick my Firewall only allow me connect to
certain port.
