sales.
According to the Opera State of the
Mobile web May 2011, Nokia 5130 is
the second most popular Mobile
phone used for browsing the internet
in Nigeria, trailing only the Nokia
2700c. Genuine Nokia 5130
XpressMusic phones currently sell for
around N13,000 in Nigeria.
In 2010, Nokia added Navigation,
maps, and 3G as well as touchscreen
capability within the reach of millions
of people in emerging markets. At a
price of around N23,000, and boasting
of features like 3G, handwriting
recognition, a quality 3.2-inch TFT
touchscreen, GPS navigation, Nokia
maps 2.0 Touch, high-speed internet,
etc, the Nokia 5230 is the best value
for money touchscreen phone ever
made.
2011 seems to be the year for dual-
SIM phones and Touch and Type
phones. A number of affordable dual-
active, dual-SIM phones with hot-
swappable secondary SIMs are
available, with being expected. Nokia
